Errata

I have prepared a list of errata (correcting 46 errors), last updated on 25 August 2011. The errata are available in the form of a Portable Document Format (PDF) file, errata.pdf, which you can download and print using a pdf-file viewer. If you do not have a PDF viewer, free viewers for a variety of platforms are available from Adobe.

Datasets for the book are available by anonymous ftp in several forms:

self-extracting zip archive

A zip file (66K) suitable for DOS and Windows systems

A tar-gzip file (68K) suitable for Unix systems

Individual ascii (plain text) files , including .cbk (codebook) and .dat (data) files for each dataset.

Datasets and Examples in Stata and SAS

Academic Technology Services at UCLA has prepared datasets and examples from Applied Regression Analysis, Linear Models, and Related Methods in the Stata and SAS statistical packages. I am grateful to them for doing so, and for granting permission for me to include a link to their work here.
